Meet Bastiaan

Thirty years of training
to learn when to stop pushing.

I started martial arts at 13. World champion Tang Soo Do in 1996. For twenty years I pushed harder, trained longer, fought sharper.

Then my own nervous system stopped cooperating.

What I learned on the other side — Qigong, breathwork, fascia, polyvagal — is what I now teach. Not because it's trendy. Because I needed it first.
