Sifu Jesse Lee Parker, founder of the Immortal Arts Qigong System, brings over 25 years of Taoist healing arts experience. Trained in China’s sacred mountains, Jesse developed a Qigong and Inner Alchemy practice focused on self-healing and inner peace. As a certified instructor, I’m honored to share these teachings.

Sensei Hans Menck, founder of the Freedom School of Martial Arts, began his journey in 1980, studying Gongfu, Capoeira, and Aikido. In 2020, he established his dojo in South Africa, teaching the Freedom Style to empower students with confidence and creativity. I have had the privilege of studying Swimming Dragon Taiyi with him.
White tiger qigong System
Sifu Tevia Feng’s Qigong journey has been shaped by various masters, leading to his unique teaching methods. White Tiger Qigong combines classical Taoist practices with modern science to enhance well-being. Their inclusive training plans cater to all ages and abilities. I have completed several teacher training courses with White Tiger Qigong.
Shaolin Temple Europe
The Shaolin Temple Europe, a Buddhist monastery in Germany, provides daily training in Chan, Kung Fu, Taijiquan, Qi Gong, and various Shaolin arts. Annual retreats take place throughout the year, with dates on their website. Online videos and training are also accessible through their website and Facebook pages.

Taichi Healthways, founded by renowned Tai Chi master Dr. Jesse Tsao, is a global leader in Tai Chi and Qigong education. Dedicated to preserving traditional teachings, the organization offers online video content, instructor certifications, and workshops to promote this unique Chinese martial and healing art worldwide.
World tang soo do assoc
In 1968, Master Jae Chul Shin introduced Tang Soo Do to the United States, founding the U.S. Tang Soo Do Federation, which later evolved into the World Tang Soo Do Association in 1982. Today, over 100,000 practitioners in 36 countries practice this martial art, and I am proud to have earned a black belt in this Martial Art.
